A Ring video captured a youngster in costume running a whole bowl of day candy into her bag once already being seen taking one or two.
The Middletown home-owner, Joseph Perez, says the teen's father is initial detected telling the lady to require one or two of candy. he's then seen waiting by within the automotive once the lady comes back to require the remainder.
He says she created off with 2 luggage, totaling $14 price of Skittles, Twix and M&Ms
Perez says he left the candy out on his construction for teenagers whereas he was at work and his mate was trick-or-treating with their female offspring.
He says the father-daughter pair were his initial trick-or-treaters of the night which all of the opposite youngsters that showed up subsequently left empty bimanual.
Perez says he plans to be home next year to grant out the candy.
Perez says he does not acknowledge the family seen within the video.
